My Review:
My Rating: As an average 3 stars...for each story listed below.

Just The Tip by L.J. Shen & Helena Hunting
Rating: 2 stars

I love LJ Shen's writing and the last book I read by Helena Hunting I wasn't a huge fan of so I wasn't sure how I was going to like this short novella. Horace and Regina meet when she was his waitress at a restaurant. I felt their story went from 1-90 way too fast. I also think the author's tried to put too many details without wrapping things up well. I felt the end was too abrupt and then they just had the epilogue. Overall, I do not need to read this story again.

Baby it’s Cold Outside by Corinne Michaels & Melanie Harlow
Rating: 4 stars

Harlow is trying to get in the Christmas spirit after getting dumped from her boyfriend of 6 years. She is trying to get a Christmas tree in her building when she meets Michael, who decides to help her bring the Christmas tree to her apartment. A blizzard happens and the two end up spending more time together. Is this novella cheesy? Yes, but it's a hallmark cheesy with steam and a happy ending.

Kissmas in New York by Vi Keeland & Penelope Ward
Rating: 3.5 stars

Margo has become predictable in her life according to her best friend. After her soon to be ex-husband changes the date of their meeting once again her friend decides to dare her to kiss a random stranger. She is nice enough though to let Margo pick the guy, unfortunately or maybe fortunately there is only one really hot guy to kiss. Margo goes over and tries to explain the situation and after a hot kiss between the two the guy has to leave to go back to work. After Margo gave her number to the guy and never heard back she thought she would never see him again, but fate has other plans. Chet is a guy who should not get involved with Margo for very important reasons, but there is just something about her he can't forget about. This was a cute story that I would love to read more of. The reason for the lower rating is because I wish it was longer to convey more parts of their relationship.

The Christmas Crown by Sierra Simone & Kennedy Ryan
Rating: 3 stars

Noelani is a queen trying to save her country when she meets Grim, a security specialist. I liked that there was insta-attraction and not insta-love. I like that even though most people around Noelani see her only as a queen, Brim sees her as a woman. There is an expanded novella coming out titled The Killer and his Queen that I will probably check out.

Songbird by Penny Reid & LH Cosway
Rating: 2.5 stars

Ophelia is a singer who just gets an urge to sing and has to do it. She ends up walking into a darkened pub and sings a song to the local patrons when Broderick hears her voice and has to get to know her. This story follows the duo spending time and exploring Dublin. It was cute, but had no resolution and would get a higher rating from me if it was expanded to include more. I really don't feel as if anything happened in this story.

EPIC by: Sarina Bowen & Elle Kennedy
Rating: 2.5 stars

I know there are a million (okay slight exaggeration) of 5 star reviews for Epic and while it was okay I didn't understand why it was in a Christmas collection. There was nothing Christmas about it. I also think maybe I need to read their book in order to love this duo? If you have read their book than I think you will love this considering you know more about their relationship and it does give you a glimpse into their lives. Wes and Jamie are married and both love hockey players. One of them is a hockey player and another one is a coach when one of them gets a chance to do something different. The two have to decide if they should take the opportunity or not.
