Two pink lines won’t change the bad blood between us.
I haven’t always hated my brother’s best friend, but Michael Oliver gets under my skin and brings out the worst in me. He knows how to push my buttons, and I relish pushing all of his. He betrayed my trust years ago, so I’ve made it my mission in life to aggravate him until he admits he was wrong.
When his sister’s wedding brings us together, Michael suggests a truce for one night. If only he weren’t so handsome and smart, maybe I could resist the allure, but I’ve always been a little impulsive, and this man is my ultimate temptation. After years of pent-up frustration and unrequited lust, I finally let down my guard, and that’s all it takes for us to combust.
But like all bad decisions, the morning after brings a reckoning, and I leave his hotel room swearing to never waste another moment of my time pining after him. Who needs that grumpy jerk warming her bed? Not me.
I don’t let myself think about that steamy night together, or how it pained me to hear about his football injury, or how much I know he wants to get drafted so he can help his family. Because I’m cutting Michael out of my life for good.
Only the two little pink lines mean I can’t forget him. Even if I desperately want to.

My Review:
My Rating: 3 Stars
Ever since high school Maggie has hated her brother's best friend Michael Oliver or as he is called in the book Olly. The two play pranks on each other and are now in college both trying to help their families with money and working their way towards a better future. In Olly's case he is focusing everything on Football and coming back from his injury. In Maggie's case she is trying to renovate her house on her own that she inherited, working part time and taking classes. Both of these two have a lot going on before they decide to cease fire and pull a truce on the night of Olly's sister's wedding. After years of bickering and tension the two give in to one night of passion. After a series of things happen the morning after the two end up not speaking until Maggie finds out she's pregnant. Now the two have to figure out if they are just going to coparent or could they actually be a couple if they can talk through their differences?
This was a cute story that showed different aspects of a college pregnancy that we don't always see. Maggie didn't have an easy pregnancy, but I absolutely enjoyed how Olly tried to help her through it. I struggled at times to like Maggie because I felt she was too stubborn to ask for help sometimes. I really enjoyed Olly's friends and how they became a little family. I also got annoyed at times because there was such a lack of communication between Maggie and Olly. If they would have just talked things out a lot of their problems wouldn't have been bad. This wasn't my favorite book of the series, but I did like how it showed different aspects with Maggie's pregnancy and I liked how Olly tried to provide for their future. I liked how Maggie was creative with saving money and still getting the things she needed. Both Olly and Maggie were hard workers. Overall, if you are looking for a enemies to lovers and siblings best friend with a little angst this might be the book for you.
