After an ill-fated one-night stand, Wyatt Landry was the last person I ever expected to see again.
By design, mind you, as I spent the last two years avoiding him.
He was only ever meant to be a good time—a really good time—and now, thanks to one teensy little mistake, he’s back in my life and wielding an entirely different set of tools.

Before I know it, we’re trading favors for dates, and as much I don’t want to admit it, the feelings for him I thought were dead and buried are taking root and growing into something that looks a lot like love.

I loved this book! While this book's romance is about Wyatt and Whitney, Whitney's daughter stole the show! There were multiple times I was cracking up while reading and had to share passages with my sister. Whitney is a single mom who works at her families funeral parlor. After a slight mishap with construction at the place, Wyatt ends up coming in and doing the work for her family. While the two had a one night stand before this all happened, Whitney doesn't want a relationship where her daughter will get hurt.
However, Wyatt and Prissy (Whitney's daughter) quickly bond as the attraction between Whitney and Wyatt get stronger. Prissy is hilarious and her voice stood out in my head. The author did an amazing job mixing humor and romance in this story. There was also heat between Wyatt and Whitney that will have you fanning yourself before laughing at their crazy conversation. Read this book if you like romantic comedies because you won't be disappointed.
