My Rating: 3.5 Stars

This was a cute novella. Lily has had a crush on Declan since she started working at Rockline Studios, but thinks it's unrequited. Declan is the same way however, both think their feelings are unrequited. While there is no actual rule about dating a coworker everyone knows it's frowned upon especially after the last time there was interoffice dating.The night of the New Year's Eve party Declan decides to go for it. Will these two finally get on the same page? This was a short steamy story that flowed well. I can't wait to read the other Holiday stories.

It's Chance's junior year at Fullton State and he won't let anything stop him from cutting his draft season short, which means he needs to get a tutor so he doesn't fail a class. Enter Danika, a sassy New Yorker who is the best tutor at their school. Chance doesn't want a female tutor because he doesn't want to deal with someone who is just using him. Danika has a boyfriend, who she doesn't see herself breaking up with. The only problem is that as Chance and Danika get to know each other the more their feelings for each other start to go and the more the chemistry zaps between them. Will Danika break up with her boyfriend for Chance? Will Chance let a girl into his world?

This was a cute story. I enjoyed how their relationship progressed. I enjoyed seeing the side characters have a little bit of their own story. I liked Danika and how she stuck to her beliefs and thought things through. I liked Chance and enjoyed seeing his relationship with his family. This was a cute YA baseball book.
