Braden is a rock star until an incident happens and now he has crippling anxiety when he has to perform on stage. Some of his buddies decide to get him a life coach to see if she can help him deal with his anxiety and get back on stage. Piper is a successful life coach who loves to help other people. As soon as Braden and Piper lock eyes the sparks fly, but Piper is a professional and she can fight her attraction, right?
This is a short novella so there is a little insta-love, but the way the characters are written make it believable. There is little angst and honestly with the other guy characters making an appearance in this book I couldn't stop laughing. I love the build up with Braden and Piper and thought they were both written well. I always enjoy when we get to go back to Seaside and see our rock stars again.
